The present general Conditions of sales regulates exclusively trade relations with our customers for sales introduced on the site www.biostone.fr and more in general, are applicable to all the commercial documents issued by our firm.
Any order implicates prior consultation and approval of the present general Conditions of sales.
For sure the considered persons legally unable to contract in the sense of articles 1123 and following of the french Civil code, notably the not emancipated children under 18, will inevitably have to acquire the approval of their lawful representative prior to any order.
Our offers of products are valid within the limits of the available supplies.
ORDER
You can place order on our site by choosing the articles of your choice, which you will put then in your basket by clicking on the button " to add to the basket ".
You can achieve the summary contents of your basket any time as long as order is not definitely validated so as to correct possible errors in the seizure of data.
It is only after confirmation of the accuracy of information provided that order is recorded. This approval of order becomes final by clicking on the button " to validate my order ".
We shall acknowledge receipt of your order in the shortest possible time in the form of an e-mail recapitulating your purchases which will be addressed to you at the electronic address provided by your care during the confirmation of order.
During the filling of your order, you are moreover informed about the availability of articles. If we cannot satisfy the whole order, we shall inform you about it in the shortest possible time.
You can ask to be told by e-mail of the availability of the missing article. Alone the available products can be ordered, but in case or, independently of our will, an unavailable article came to be chosen, a notification of unavailability will reach you by e-mail.
You will then be able to ask for an identical article of a quality and a price.
Prices
In case of replacement of the article, you keep the possibility to us it of turning, expenses back being in our load.
Prices are pointed out in Euro all taxes included (TTC).
VAT included is VAT French in force in the day of order.
Products remain the ownership of the society Biostone Silver Ethnic up to the complete payment of price.
Applied prices are guaranteed until June 30th, 2008. Biostone Silver Ethnic saves right not to honour an order in case of legitimate motive such as defined by regulation
(litigation relating to the previous order, abnormal request of the customer).
Payment

DELIVERIES
For orders by Internet (www.biostone.fr), deliveries are performed at you or at another address in 72 heures* as from your order crossed before midday and according to conditions specified on the present site
when you add an article to your basket (unavailable article, additional delay, order of specific individual models).
For quite other order (mail) of not individual available articles, the delivery in 72 heures* runs as from the taking care of your package by POST OFFICE " in " Colissimo " .Votre package will reach you therefore under 5 - 6 days
(medium delay noticed for available articles) in your domicile by taking into account the delay of transportation and treatment of your order. For an unavailable article, obey a medium delay from 2 to 4 weeks (except exhausted articles).
* weekly days, except bank holidays, for a delivery of not individual available articles from Monday till Saturday at home in underground France (including Corsica). For instance if you place order between Monday afternoon and on Tuesdays midday, delivery from Friday.

Any delay or defect of execution of benefits envisaged as part of presents will not constitute an error attributable to Biostone Silver Ethnic, in measure or he will be able to be justified that this delay is owed to a case of force majeure such as defined by regulation.
You must prove the contents of the package carefully in its reception and, in case of problems or of missing, do not skip to formulate reservations definite and motivated on the receipt of delivery
